Céfiro 24 is a multi-family housing building, located in the first perimeter ring, in the downtown neighborhood of the city of Rosario. In its composition  (1st to 9th floor) housing units with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms are being developed. 
This project was conceived in collective and individual terms together, the common spaces are highly relevant due to the different uses that are given to them and the dynamics that they offer to the housing units, these being true extensions of the private spaces.

In the plinth we find an entrance hierarchized by the double height and the materiality. This level has a  coworking space, a large reception room and 2 levels of garages, in which a common space for bicycle storage was incorporated.

Using concrete as the protagonist of the development, the project explores the movement of the terrace balconies, seeking friendly geometries with the use of few materials, where concrete stands out in different textures and the incorporation of vegetation enhances and contrasts with the morphology of the facade.

The social activity was destined both to recreation, with pool/solarium opportunities and multiple activities under a semi-covered; as to relaxation in a space destined for disconnection.
